Protect your Toyota Hilux spare wheel with the FENZA Spare Tire Lock Anti-Theft Security System, a purpose-built security solution designed for the vehicle's underbody spare tire location. This heavy-duty system creates an additional physical barrier that helps deter unauthorized access and removal of the spare wheel while maintaining access when the tire is legitimately needed.
The FENZA system combines a large steel protector disc with a chassis-mounted support assembly, two threaded rods, mounting hardware, and a key-operated locking mechanism. Once properly installed, the protector disc sits firmly underneath the spare wheel, creating a substantial protective barrier between the spare tire and the ground.
The chassis mounting plate integrates with the Toyota Hilux factory spare-tire hoist arrangement. The factory hoist chain passes through the center opening of the mounting plate while the two threaded rods are positioned on either side. The spare tire is then raised using the vehicle's original hoist system, and the rods pass through suitable wheel openings to support the protector disc underneath the spare wheel.
With the protector disc fully raised into position, the supplied key-operated lock secures the system. The final installation maintains firm contact between the protector disc and spare wheel while allowing the factory spare-tire hoist system to remain functional.
The complete FENZA kit includes the protector disc assembly, chassis mounting plate, two threaded rods, welded-nut washers and safety nuts, lock, keys, and supplied installation hardware. This provides the primary components required to install the security system without replacing the Toyota Hilux factory spare-tire hoist mechanism.
The system is designed not only for personal Toyota Hilux owners but also for work trucks, commercial vehicles, and fleets where protecting an externally mounted spare wheel from unauthorized removal is important. Its black finish provides a clean and discreet appearance underneath the vehicle while the steel construction provides a substantial physical security barrier.
When access to the spare tire is required, the factory hoist is used to release pressure from the protector disc. The disc can then be unlocked and removed before lowering the spare tire using the vehicle's original procedure.

- If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to “profit” from shipping; you are charged what we are charged
Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Both are “ground” services that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (most of our products ship from our warehouse in Miami, FL).
Order Tracking:
As soon as the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Our system will send you an automated message with the tracking information and your order status will be changed to “Shipped”.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
