Flowmaster's American Thunder cat-back dual exhaust system for the 2019 GM Silverado/Sierra 1500 (new body style) trucks with the 6.2L engine is perfect for the person looking for an aggressive sound level outside the truck, with a moderate interior tone and all the performance benefits you would expect from Flowmaster. This emissions-legal bolt-on system fits all 6.2L Crew Cab with 5.5-ft and 6.5-ft beds, and all Double Cab with a 6.5-ft bed with factory dual exhaust. Features include a mandrel-bent 3.50-inch stainless steel inlet tube flowing into a single 50 Series HD muffler, dual 2.50-inch mandrel-bent stainless tailpipes replacing the factory resonators and giving your truck some growl. The tailpipes are finished off with quad 4.00-inch black ceramic coated stainless steel tips that exit in place of the factory bolt-on trim bezels giving your truck an aggressive performance style and setting your truck apart from others, sending the message that you would rather lead than follow. Designed for an easy fit, this system includes all necessary parts, detailed instructions and hardware for an easy at home installation. Notes: Fits 147" and 157" wheelbases with 6.2L and Factory Dual Exhaust.
Flowmaster operates the only exhaust Research & Design facilities of its kind in the world, centered around the SuperFlow SF-7100 engine dynamometer complete with E.C.A. (engine cycle analysis) equipment and also SuperFlow chassis dyno's. Through use of these dyno's, Flowmasters engineering staff can track the complete engine cycle in millionths of a second and can obtain exact technical data of each degree of cam rotation, from induction to the tip of the exhaust system, while also showing the power numbers that really matter, the power numbers to the ground. Flowmaster also utilizes Spectrum Analyzers to fine tune the sound of each of the eleven different series of mufflers that Flowmaster currently offers, both for peak performance and just the right sound levels and tones. Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping “philosophy”:
- We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible
- To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping in the continental United States on all orders over $99
- If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to “profit” from shipping; you are charged what we are charged
Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Both are “ground” services that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (most of our products ship from our warehouse in Miami, FL).
Order Tracking:
As soon as the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Our system will send you an automated message with the tracking information and your order status will be changed to “Shipped”.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
